ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
Merchandise is available only in select locations. You are unable to order online and pickup your order at our locations. If you place an order online, the order will be shipped to you. You may purchase our merchandise at select locations. If you want to see which locations have merchandise in stock, please contact us at merchandise@katsu-yagroup.com.
SHIPPING TIME AND RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) using UPS Ground. UPS Ground can take up to 5-7 days (it may take longer if shipping to non-contiguous states such as Alaska, Hawaii and all other insular areas). Which means it may take up to 6-10 business days (it may take longer if shipping to non-contiguous states such as Alaska, Hawaii and all other insular areas) to receive your order from the day the order was placed. Please check with UPS to see UPS Ground shipping time and rates for your area. Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship outside of U.S. at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If the merchandise you've received has a defect, we will honor a return. For defective items we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for your defective item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures which clearly show defect.
To start a return for a defective item, you can contact us at merchandise@katsu-yagroup.com. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
